Pamela Granbery
Artist Statement
The ever-changing light and myriad of colors of the east and west Have been a source of inspiration in my work. I watch the light change on each continuous wave or on the desert sand. I see ritual symbols in the abstract shapes I make. While creating a piece of work I never know how it will turn out, if the wind is forceful or the shape is washed away by water. For me, seeing is an act of creation.
