Self taught, camera at her side, Ms. Kahane is instinctively aware of the light.  Taking full advantage of life’s magical moments, framing her view of the world one image at a time.   Bringing her sensibility of spirit into the four walls of a frame, while capturing sites and peoples from her favorite places on the globe.  Living across the street from and looking out on New York City’s beloved Central Park for more than 25 years, Central Park holds a special place in her body of work.

Ms. Kahane’s has always pursued photography as an art form and personal expression.   Until now her work has not been available to the general public except as a means of supporting charitable causes near to her heart.  10% of proceeds will be donated to the Newport Art Museum. Show ends July 16th.
